Esther Steinfeld has a different tone. She has created a website like no other. Not all CEO's are Jerks.com has been online for a few weeks now. It's a one stop shop for all things CEO. Viral videos, message boards and polls about the man or woman in charge doing "good" things. The site has already had 5,000 unique visitors.

This is another example of how the web and social networking can find an instant audience, no matter how unique the message.
